| Every other Wednesday is auction day at The Nazareth Auction Center. Two Auctioneers sell a variety of items from antiques, collectibles, and furniture to household goods and box lots. The doors open at 10:00 AM for preview and the auction begins at 11:00 AM with box lots and smalls. Furniture is auctioned at 4:00 PM. For your convenience, a special preview is held the evening before from 4:00 - 6:00 PM. Check local newspapers on Tuesdays for our ads: The Morning Call, The Express Times, and on Wednesdays, the Pocono Record. SMALLS: This auction will begin at 11 a.m. and will include a nice selection from the Belfast home of Evelyn Werkheiser. Note: many of these items have been packed away for many years. Selection includes cobalt blue Royal Lace large console bowl and pair of candleholders, Windsor water pitcher and two tumblers, 36 pcs. of American Sweetheart (Monax), Cherry Blossom cake plate, blue Bubble pcs., nice selection of perfume bottles, Puss-N-Boots cookie jar, turks head mold, assorted marbles, Matchbox and Hot Wheel cars, (4) Danbury Mint cars, collectible cars and trucks and race haulers, (8) lady head vases, Elvis albums, (2) vintage willow fishing creels, 1925 PENNSYLVANIA FISHING LICENSE, jewelry, agate ware items, local advertising items, post cards, crocks, jugs, old photographs, (2) tramp art frames, folk art pin cushion Easton Lard tin, Boyd's bears, etc. BOXLOTS; This area also begins at 11 a.m. with a selection of merchandise on the outside to sell and we will then proceed indoors to sell the balance.
