Every other Wednesday is auction day at The Nazareth Auction Center. Two Auctioneers sell a variety of items from antiques, collectibles, and furniture to household goods and box lots. The doors open at 10:00 AM for preview and the auction begins at 11:00 AM with box lots and smalls. Furniture is auctioned at 4:00 PM. For your convenience, a special preview is held the evening before from 4:00 - 6:00 PM. Check local newspapers on Tuesdays for our ads: The Morning Call, The Express Times, and on Wednesdays, the Pocono Record. SMALLS: This area begins selling at 11 a.m. and will include a collection of glass paperweights, Evette Schaeffer saxophone, porcelain dolls, stoneware crocks and bowls, (2) Wallace Nutting framed prints, bone china cups and saucers, (2) Royal Doulton (medium) Toby pitchers: The Walrus & The Carpenter and Long John Silver, Royal Doulton lady figurine: Penny #2338, (2) agate ranch size coffeepots, paper memorabilia, sterling silver and costume jewelry, assorted cast iron toys, (2) guitars, collection of bolo ties, (2) vintage G.I. Joe dolls with accessories and foot locker trunks, Corning Pyrex carnival glass insulator, vintage accordion "button" box, Lux cuckoo clock and lots more!
BOX LOTS: Large selection available beginning at 11 a.m. in the parking lot and will include some smaller pieces of furniture, china, glassware, assorted tools, hardware, Irobot "Roomba" Discovery vacuum cleaner, Imperial Golden Harvest stainless steel juicer,yard goods and whatever you might find in a house............and if you can't find one in your house we probably have it here for you! Once the merchandise is sold on the outside we come inside and have more box lots of merchandise, etc. available on the inside. This portion of the auction will normally run from 11 a.m. to almost 4 p.m. and sometimes later.
